has charged two men, Alex Khodyrev, 35, from Kazakhstan, and Pavel Kublitskii, 37, from Russia, for running illegal dark web marketplaces. U.S. Attorney Roger B. The Department of Justice

said that from 2014 to 2024, Khodyrev and Kublitskii managed an online criminal site called WWH Club. This site allowed people to trade stolen personal information, banking details, and passwords. It also hosted discussions on avoiding the law and carrying out cybercrimes. By 2023, the site had around 353,000 users worldwide.

WWH Club

didn’t just help criminals trade illegal items; it also offered training courses on how to commit fraud. The website made money from membership fees, course payments, and ads. The U.S. government is trying to take away assets connected to these crimes, including a 2023 Mercedes-Benz and a 2020 Cadillac, which they believe were bought with money from illegal activities.

The charges are just accusations, and both men are considered innocent until proven guilty in court. The FBI investigated the case, and Assistant U.S. Attorney Michael M. Gordon will lead the trial.
